The 12-Week Journey
Each phase builds on the last — moving from awareness, through active exploration, to lasting integration. Nothing is rushed. Everything has a purpose.
Understanding the architecture of your relational world
Mapping your relational history and identifying the core patterns that have shaped your connections.
How early attachment experiences wire the nervous system and create templates for adult relationships.
Exploring the unspoken rules and expectations we bring into every relationship.
Understanding the psychological defenses that once protected us but now limit our capacity for connection.

The Experience
This is not a lecture series or a support group. It is a carefully held space where neuroscience, psychoanalytic depth, and the power of shared human experience converge to create real, lasting change.
Every session is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology. You'll understand not just what you feel, but why your nervous system responds the way it does — and how to work with it, not against it.
Drawing on the work of Daniel Siegel, Allan Schore, and contemporary relational neuroscience.
The group itself is the primary instrument of healing. Witnessing others, being witnessed, and navigating real relational moments together creates change that individual work alone cannot replicate.
Maximum 8 participants per cohort to ensure depth, safety, and genuine connection.
Before any deep work begins, we build a genuine sense of psychological safety. Confidentiality, clear agreements, and careful facilitation create the conditions where real vulnerability becomes possible.
Structured group agreements established in Week 1 and revisited throughout.
We go beneath the surface. Rather than focusing only on behavior change, we explore the unconscious roots of your patterns — the early experiences and internalized relationships that still shape you today.
Informed by object relations theory, attachment theory, and relational psychoanalysis.
The group creates real relational moments — moments of connection, misattunement, and repair. These live experiences, processed in real time, are where the deepest learning happens.
Each session includes structured reflection and open group processing time.
Each week includes a brief reflective practice to carry insights into daily life. Change doesn't happen only in the room — it happens in the moments between sessions, in your actual relationships.
Optional journaling prompts and somatic awareness practices provided weekly.
